8 Ergo Back Recommendations:

1. Keep body upright (as much as possible)
2. Keep load/force close to body.
3. Push/pull mid-torso height.
4. Don’t twist body.
5. Don’t jerk when lifting.
6. Get help moving.
7. Make a “bridge” (golfer's lift)
8. Tighten stomach, exhale when lifting.
